Once again this month, Capital Pride kicked off on May 31 and is
keeping their party going until June 14. Every day there is something exciting
happening in this city in Washington and they are ready to let the world see
exactly what we are all about as a rising community.
Friday June 1st: Town Danceboutique.
Saturday June 2nd: Screen on the Green & Picnic at the
Park at Stead Park
Sunday June 3rd: Heart Throbs (gay men’s chorus) at Lisner
Auditorium
Monday June 4th: “Melting Away” at DCJCC
Tuesday June 5th: Bible Study
Wednesday June 6th: GAYLARIOUS RIOT ACTS!!!
Thursday June 7th: Evening with the Mayor & LGBTA
Politics
Friday June 8th: WildLife at Howard Theatre
Saturday June 9th: Capital Pride Parade
Sunday June 10th: Capital Pride Street Festival
And lastly…
Thursday June 14th: Town Hall: Take Pride in Our Health!!
